Holly Sauer & Charles Mount
formed Air & Sea Charters in 1987. It all began with the purchase of their
first vessel, "Short Cut", a 45 ft sailing
yacht. Short Cut was
put it into charter as a part time charter boat for half day
cruises. It was located at the world-renowned Boca Raton
Resort and Club..
In August of
1991 their second vessel, a 55 foot sailing catamaran yacht was custom
built; the "Palm Breeze". The "Palm Breeze" is a Coast Guard
certified state-of-the-art sailing catamaran, which is docked at the Boca
Raton Resort & Club. It is available for hotel guests,
club members & group charters parties.
In December of
1993 the third vessel was custom built. The Palm Breeze Express
is a 33 foot offshore race boat offering the thrill
ride of a lifetime, with speeds up to 75 miles per
hour. This boat was the 1994 Class B Powerboat Race
Champion. As of today, this boat has been completely renovated and
is available for parties up to six passengers.. In 2003, the Powerplay was completely renovated and repowered with twin 540
Bulldogs, or 1200 h.p.engines.
April of
1995, the Island Breeze, a sistership to
the Palm Breeze was acquired. Now larger groups can
sail together, for team building sailing regattas, Boca Chita
or Peanut Island beach parties, sunset
and day cruises. With the addition of the Island Breeze to our fleet, we can now accommodate 98 guests
at a time per cruise.
In June of 2000, we purchased
a 1000 h.p., 35 ft. Super Cat Light Catamaran Race boat. Our
"Motion 35" is equipped with full race gear and bench
seating for a authentic racing experience. We offering poker
runs, thrill rides, offshore races, driving experiences, bar hop
cruises and other day or evening charters.

Kim Keller-Sales Assoc./Human

also plans events and creates advertising brochures and marketing.
